Omnilex AG, Hohlstrasse 186, 8004 Zurich (UID CHE-264.938.111), processes your information to respond to your enquiry and prepare the requested trademark services.

Your contact details, trademark information and any files are sent to our team through our email provider Resend. The website is hosted by Vercel, including on servers in the United States. An enquiry does not trigger payment or a trademark filing.

We use PostHog (EU) for usage analytics and session recordings and Google Ads for advertising measurement; both start without a cookie banner. PostHog may record visible text, clicks and form inputs, including contact details, and links an enquiry to your email address. Password fields remain masked. When you send an enquiry, we pass your email address and phone number to Google Ads in hashed form (enhanced conversions) to measure ad performance; Google receives no form contents or documents. Campaign attribution stays in your browser for up to 90 days and accompanies your enquiry.
